Caligula the saviour
The ... not so official Pawpet Show poster for this year's show.
As those of you who attended EF probably already know, this is just a bigger version of something that was going on in the backround of the actual official Pawpet Show poster. I showed this version to my team members before showing them the actual poster design, just to see their reactions. To my surprise this version was incredibly popular among the PPS team. And before I knew it, I was sending both poster versions to the printer. Haha. :')
Also, I still have a few of these posters left for sale, they're DIN A1 and 10 Euro per poster (poster tubes and/or shipping not included) - you can either pick them up at EF 24 or get them shipped to your place.

Yes, kinda. It was a nice change from the bully behavior he expressed earlier and showed a softer side.
Which, gladly, he followed on from this moment forward, which made him very likeable in the end.
So yeah, despite being uncomfortable, frightened and "fucked six ways to sunday" it makes him kinda cute.
(and I have to admit, I took him for a caracal (which I love) instead of a house cat)

Good point. I also found him way more likeable with the continuing development of his character. :)
And it's o.k to take him for a caracal, I think. The original idea was more along the lines of a Maine Coon cat, however ... due to his fur colour I can definitely see why a caracal appears to be just as obvious. :)

I find he's an hilarious character. The whole show he seemed to be a character that somehow stumbled into situations and never actually had an idea what he should do or how to get out (the sewer part for example) xD. I found it strange that he fell in love with Ortha (was that the Dragoness' name?) before he even knew she wasn't a wild animal. although feral/anthro relationships are a common theme in furry lore it appeared a bit out of place there. Also at the beginning, he was so rude to her, when she was trapped in the cage. it feels kinda strange when you think back, now knowing that he actually loved her (although he didn't had much of a choice). The whole time I was thinking about what exactly happened that made him feel that way. Of course he took care of her but is that enough? To me it felt like an important part of the story was missing but I guess you can't put everything into the story or the show would take forever x3.
That's true. He's kinda like the comic relief character, I guess. :) And yes, the "dragoness'" name is Ortha (she is not a dragon, though, she's her very own species).
However, Cal is not in love with Ortha as in ... sexual attraction or anything. His love is platonic, so no weird feral/anthro relationship there. ;) He is simply fascinated by her and loves her as a person, just like you love your family or your friends. :)
And yes, his turning point was kind of hard to explain, although I do think that a platonic love is more realistic in this whole scenario. :)
