Buyers without an animation program can use this base by editing the frames in a normal (non-MS paint) art program and then uploading them to gifmaker.me/.
The animation speed is 150 milliseconds. Simply save each frame in a folder, click 'upload images' on gifmaker, and highlight everything in the folder to upload it all at once.
For $30, you can buy this as a YCH and pay me to color and edit it for you with your character attached.
