I'm in New Hampshire, and we call them "Mourning Doves" cause of their call sounds like someone crying. Yup. They're not covered by the migratory bird act and I am in no way keeping them where they are. On the other hand, if the babies start living in my apartment after they start learning to fly, I'm so totally gonna freak.
