I feel your pain. I got a new work computer last week and it crashes seven to ten times a day...and I'm not even working full days. :/

To the ones saying to constantly save, I remember working on drawings that took fifteen minutes to save each time. So you would put it off as long as you felt safe. However, it was very easy to tell who had a drawing crash in that room after drawing an hour or two. :)
