Ok, when I tell people I'm gonna go skate, that usually means a 20+ mile trek. After my most recent excursion, this was what was left of my wheels. I had to rotate them THREE TIMES because they were falling apart so fast, and even then, I had to call for a ride with only two miles left.
With a collective total of 3 3/4 wheels left, it just wasn't going to work.
Furryness? Ummm... cats play rough and frequently damage their toys.
It's a cat thing.. it's what we do. ^-^

Skate wheels can't be repaired; they can only be replaced. That's why I bought replacements! ^-^
...and kitty hates traffic. The ONLY traffic I like is the kind that moves at the speed limit, and the kind that goes to my website (except that my site is two years dead *cries*).
Skating with traffic around isn't so bad once you learn what to watch for and work on the assumption that people are stupid; not being mean, just realistic... that way, you see it coming.
Then again, I dented some guy's car when he pulled in front of me; guy panicked and took off, so technically a hit and run, but in the end, a funny story! ^-^
