I present you to Honoka. She was the antagonist of my fanfic I made a few years ago, inspired in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series.

Honoka was a female Dragalge that infused terror into the ocean. Many pokémon rescuers resigned to go out to capture it, because they feared her poison. It is not known why Honoka became evil. It is only known that when she was little she was lost in an unknown place for a long time.

Personality: Honoka is very persuasive. She likes to manipulate and flirt other pokemon because she knows they fear her. Her look inspires beauty and danger at the same time.

It is known that she, before turning evil, had a lover (which I will present tomorrow). And that lover is looking for it without rest.
