☙ Terms ❧

❣ I am willing to do most subjects, including violence, gore and porn (strictly for 18+), provided it does not break FurAffinity's ToS or laws. Subjects that break this rule include characters that are NOT aged up and any child-like character (ie lolis). Exceptions to the age up rule are child-coded characters such as Cream and Tails, who will not be drawn at all in any situation, aged up or otherwise, as I do not want to attract the wrong kind of people to my work considering how much NSFW I draw.

❣ I reserve the right to turn down a commission if I am not comfortable with the subject matter or it is against FurAffinity's ToS or laws. I also reserve the right to turn down a commission without explanation. I will recommend another artist if possible.

❣ If at any point I suspect that an NSFW commissioner is not 18 years old or older I will request to see ID. This requires that you take a photo of your ID to send privately to me. You may hide any details out that you don't want me to know EXCEPT your birth date. You will then be asked to do one more thing along with this. Failing this will result in a block and a report to FurAffinity for breaking ToS re: age. You will also be named for the safety of other artists in the community. Any money transferred will be refunded.

❣ "Do not repost this, share a link to the original instead." As with everything else I post, you do not have permission to post any stage of the commission to your own sites and galleries. If you must share what you've gotten, make a journal feature of the completed product that links back to my post or ask me for the thumbnail file to use as a submission linking back. Support the artist, don't take their work no matter how good your intentions are.

☙ Payment ❧

❣ All prices are in USD.

❣ Payment will be sent through my paypal.me link which will be sent to the buyer upon confirmation of the commission. You must make sure that "no address required" and "goods and services" are selected or I will refund payment to try again. The commission will be terminated if you fail to follow instruction three times.

❣ All payment must be upfront and will be held in my Paypal account until you have received the finished product in case of dispute. Any deviation from this will result in the commission being terminated immediately. The preliminary sketch will not be sent until the payment clears.

❣ To avoid unnecessary disputes through Paypal, Please voice any concerns you have with the transaction. I am 100% happy to give a partial, if not full, refund, depending on the situation.
