Those two seriously need to fuse again so they can try to stabilize the mana. Can't wait to see what comes in the next part of the adventure. Out of curiosity, was any of this inspired by The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey?

I had not seen that before I wrote this script, but I can see the similarities with mooks falling off bridges, ha ha. This is subconsciously one of my favorite things to do as I've done it several times in Crimson Flag by now as well.
