Here we have Vambre, who normally wears padding underneath her nightgown before going to bed and she doesn't worry about using the toilet during nighttime. Then one evening, Vambre find out she's down to her last diaper and make matters worse, she really does need to use the bathroom. Vambre is doing her best to hold in as long as she can until the next day, but for how long could she last?
