If you don't have a cooling vest I highly suggest getting one. They are costly but 200% worth every penny that they cost. You need to get the one that has the phase change inserts and not the ones that use evaporation. I my self got eight inserts. The vest uses four that gives me an extra entire set to switch out so I can keep fursuiting as long as I want to. Depending on weather and your activity conditions the inserts last from two hours to maybe a little over three.

I don't suggest getting the ones that furs sale because they cost up to double what a local supplier to you might charge you.

Oh yeah don't worry, I know all this. 😁 I've done heap of research on it for ages. I've just never needed one before. But if I'm going to keep doing marathons, I'll definitely be getting one!
