I do not own Pan’s Labyrinth (Spanish: El Laberinto del Fauno, literally The Labyrinth of the Faun) or any of the characters. I am just an insignificant insect that is just a fan. All characters belong to Guillermo Del Toro...





THIS IS NOT A PAIRING! I know I do about 90% of my pictures as pairings, but really, this is just a tribute to the movie, because it is the best film I have ever seen. I think Guillermo Del Toro is the best and most ingénues director ever!
Princess Moanna of the Underground Realm, (aka: Ofelia) and her guardian/teacher the “Fauna” are off to an outing. Fauna is taking her out to learn more of her world, which can be breathtaking yet also very dangerous. They explore all the kingdoms that she may rule and the kingdoms around her. They enter a very strange part in this scene, where they keep a wary eye out for possible dangers. Yet despite her fears, she is determined to learn about the world and feels secure with her guardian teacher protecting her, the “Fauna”…

As you can see, I changed it from toony to this style. I did not think the toon one did justice to the movie, so I changed it to this. I used Coral Draw X3 and Photo paint. It may have taken awhile but I love how the affects come out in these. Here I like to capture the feel the haunting manner that the movie always had. I hope you enjoy!
