Pretty good job on this. I really enjoy the concept and the dialogue. I'm a sucker for stuff like this.
I will say that having seen your past art, I like that you've been improving on the way you make the eyes. I also like how you've improved on drawing fats and stuff compared to in 2016. It shows that you're definitely improving a lot.
I guess the only thing I can suggest is to work on making the face/neck more fatter. It helps to avoid the head looking as though it's just copy and pasted on a body.
I'm sorry if I wasn't specific enough or anything. I just wanted to give my own general thoughts on not only this but your work as well.
