Sizing
Hip Circumference- About 95cm, can be tightened or loosened with inner string.
They can probably fit someone about 5'4-5'7
Thigh Circumference- About 50cm, though they are roomy, (padding is adjustable/removable, plenty of leg room)

This does NOT come with any art/my character design, how ever I am willing to design a character to go along with these if the buyer's offer is high enough!
