Indeed. :) Lots of Doctors have made jelly baby references, as well as the Master at one point, but they are typically thought of as a Fourth Doctor bit, and he is the one American audiences were most familiar with at the time. :)

Ah, yes. Tom Baker was a wonderful Doctor. He seemed to play the character for the humor, excuse me I mean humour. LOL. He's still popular with a lot of artists. Kathy Garrison's comic, Carry On, has a character that dresses as Tom Baker's Doctor.
