Near my airport hotel, between the Arby's and the adult bookstore, is what I thought was a huge gas station-mini mart sort of place. It turns out to have a 24-hour staffed kitchen that turns out sandwiches, burgers, wraps and pizza to order, all night long. The movie-kiosk looking touchscreens are there to place your order with, selecting sides and options as you go. Now all they need is a debit card attachment, and the whole process of ordering could take place with no human contact whatsoever.
