Haleigh and Marco: The First Meeting
A piece initially funded and posted on Patreon ( https://www.patreon.com/satsumalord ).
After my last Haleigh pic (i.e. this ---> ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/24583054/ )), I was inspired to try and do a prequel piece of when they first met about three years ago, as I thought it'd be a great first look into what they were like at the time.
And before people ask, yes, Haleigh looks very different here then what you'd usually expect of her. Well, there's a simple explanation to all of that.
Haleigh dyed her hair for the convention; you know, to better go with her Sailor Mercury cosplay (because Sailor Mercury is totes "Best Sailor Scout").
......OH! And Haleigh was originally pretty thin before meeting Marco; in fact, she didn't even start to get her gratuitous curves until about 2 years after their initial meeting. By that time, they had moved into the same apartment together and Haleigh started gaining weight about 2 months into their new living arrangement.
As to how and why she was gaining weight, well, long story short, Haleigh was convinced by Marco to try out a new experimental allergy drug for a medical study, due to her crippling seasonal allergies (Haleigh would be practically bedridden during the first few weeks of Spring and Fall). The new allergy drug worked wonders, virtually curing her seasonal allergies, but there was a serious side effect to the medication; namely a severely slowed-down metabolic rate
This turned out to be a pretty big deal for Haleigh, since before taking the medication, she'd be able to put away several plates worth of food without ever gaining a pound. Now that her metabolism has slowed-down however, her eating habits started to catch up with her and it just so happened that all of that fat accumulated around her hips, thighs and buttocks; and in about 8 months, she became the size that we know and love today.
But enough about that, as for the pic itself, this is the first photo they ever took together when they first met at the "Doma-Yami Con" anime convention. Haleigh seems used to having her picture taken at conventions, while Marco (who's cosplaying as Red from the Pokemon games) is just happy to have his picture taken with a cute girl.
Anyway, sorry for the somewhat rambly description and I hope you all enjoy the sketch, despite the lack of "hot curvy thickness".

Wow! So wait, how old is Haleigh, and how old is Camille (considering they're friends who work together)? If Haleigh could go from model thin to hyper huge in a few months, I'm trying to do all of the math and figure out how big she'll be when she's finally Camille's age. Given how tall she is and some estimates based on her measurements, it seems like Haleigh could have been gaining as many as 240ish~ pounds of pleasant butt and thigh a month, or 8 pounds a day! Which is almost 3000lb (a ton and a half) in a 365 day year!

Well, Haleigh actually gained all of that weight in the span of 8 months; the 2 month marker I had mentioned earlier was the amount of time that they had spent living together before she started gaining weight, in case that wasn't made clear.
As for age, I'd say Haleigh is about 25 years old in this image; so she'd be about 28 in the image that you'd see her in here ---> ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/24583054/ ).
Oh and in case it should also be mentioned, Haleigh's weight gain eventually stopped at the weight that you usually see her as; though that's because by that time, Haleigh started making better eating choices, which slowed down the weight gain considerably. So don't expect her to be getting too much bigger as time goes on.

Don't worry, all that math is accounting for the fact the weight gain was an 8 month period. Good thing she slowed down, otherwise you'd be looking at a girl with a booty way bigger than even the what if you drew of Chelsea by the time Haleigh reaches Camille's current age. Though if I were Marco I wouldn't be upset by that predicament at all! X3
You know there's something really sweet about this idea this pic presents for them. Marco and Haleigh were together for similar interests and grew into a strong relationship. The figure Haleigh developed is really secondary. I mean at first you might think he's with her because she's gifted in the booty department. But it turns out he loved her long before that, and even stuck by her as her body unintentionally changed due to something he tried to help her with.
There's definitely a romantic storyline that can be further explored here, and I am definitely enjoying it so far! So thanks Sats for presenting some pieces of it!
