So I got this awesome design from 
lunafuture39 and I just had to draw him ;w; (I hope the small changes I made are ok!)
He's a prince from the same AU as my other alicorn, Prince Pearlescent~
He's a ruthless egomaniac who will do anything to gain royal power in a cut-throat, "game of thrones" style - to the point that he even modified himself with a dark magic artefact to make his magic stronger, causing the strange body mutations like the ram horns and weird tail. His and Pearl's story are still a bit of a wip but :v
