Oh dear; seems like 
Trick-Starlight found Isaac just floating there...rather big and tight, no idea who left him there, but Isaac sounds like he's going to pop, but it seems Trick is willing to help out by speeding the process up, cover your ears!
Anyway, seems this is the biggest I've drawn Isaac in a full colour yet!~
