Je marchai vers l'étang le plus proche. Comme attiré par lui. J'enfonçai ma patte antérieure droit à l'intérieur, puis me laissa tomber dedans, et me détendis. On est tellement bien...chez soi. J'avais pourtant une arrière pensée comme quoi je n'était pas né ici. Mais ma mémoire ne pouvait pas me tromper, je suis né et ai toujours vécu ici.
Il maintenant temps de se reposer, avant de repartir, contre-attaquer la prochaine manigance des humains.

*Quelques pas plus loin, deux Lézards souriaient, contents que leur nouveau sort est marché. Ce nouveau venu, fera un parfait Lézard.*
