Same gun different handle and ammo type. the Chinese has a variant of the Mauser C96 they called a 'Type 17' that fired .45 ACP rounds so i figured I'd draw up a futur-ish C96 based off that particular variant but with more modern grips. The 'dot' just above the trigger well is the safety since I really don't know about safeties that was all I could think of to actually show a safety. -shrugs- I like how this one looks and I also used the same colors i used on teh last C96 because... something about that blue-ish metal seems to fit with the gun... for some reason... oh well.
