I first started working on Proxy in 2012, and finally wrapped it up in 2017, though I'm still drawing Sunny and Ocelot because well, fairly obviously I love the hell out of them.
I'm just sitting around tonight being nostalgic and reflecting on how far they've come, and how far I've come.
Maybe not as fast as I'd have liked, maybe not as smoothly, and both characters and myself have got a few more scars to show for it. But I'm still here, I'm still fighting for what I care about every day, and I'm getting there, one step at a time, and Proxy is certainly a reflection of that.
It was a long time coming, but it was worth it to see it completed.
