Kale Hydra Form just nommed some prey and doesnt mind their company in his belly
Height is 50 feet thanks to voring so much he changed into this and now has a large stomach to house almost any prey he wants to care for or vore some good tasty prey so he has movement inside his belly. He enjoys prey being in his belly he doesn't digest too fast and can keep prey in his belly for long periods of time.

To some degree yes. Hydra Kale can eat bigger prey while feral Kale can eat most prey close to his size but not as big as he (unless you want to go nuts by making it like other artists have and thrown physics out the window), and Taur form can eat pretty much mostly only anthros and some ferals around his size any bigger and he cant
