But, yeah, I suppose I should address the whole Lilithcon thing. Lilithcon was a great series of annual comics from 2011 to 2013 that featured a ton of headless, modular, and shape-shifting characters all getting together. Lilith the Headless Goth Vixen was almost certainly the main source of inspiration for Gynette back in the day, and it was my little way of celebrating her and her ilk. But, as the years went on, the gatherings got bigger and bigger, featured more and more characters, and just got too difficult to draw as a single large image. Besides that, after a while it felt like I was doing a ton of work for very little recognition. Perhaps that's selfishness on my part, but that was just how I felt after 2013's Lilithcon. So, yeah, I know that probably disappointed several of my watchers, but I didn't abandon headlessness and modularity in the slightest. Gynette, Lilith, and Jynx were still regular characters and were usually seen in multiple pieces. So, while Lilithcon may be gone, the spirit of Lilith the Headless Goth Vixen lives on within my comic.
