Basically I use a magic field that allows me to treat the person I'm working on as a 'toon - hollow - except for the beginning and the end. I'm not limited to just the interior plumbing.
The egg is how I escaped, as it's the cleanest, lowest-risk and most pleasurable way of getting out of a female egg-layer.

Bottom left, I'm inside the egg. Bottom right is much later; I teleported out so that Embra would have a memento of the whole experience. (Teleport spells are risky, however, if I botch it inside an egg, worst that happens is that the egg falls apart; if I botch it inside a person, best leave that to the imagination).
