Say hello to Leroy Hudson.
Leroy is the big "President" or dictator of Calherovin. He doesn't really care for the city, he just governs it. He does what he thinks is fair, throwing anyone who commits the smallest deed-slapping your sibling- to the highest crime you can think of into the clink, and even beheading some if he feels like it.
He's more of a vilianous character rahter than helping out the CDCJ Maroon Division.
