When Raquel becomes King of Dracomere, she makes Louis her right hand man. She also wanted Sayaka but she refused as she "will only ever serve as her maid." Louis and Raquel become super close friends, he really looks up to her as a person.
His design for his head piece was hard as i couldn't make it work with his horns, it kinda wraps around his head. Along with that, figuring out colors was difficult for his outfit. I had made Winston's (previous Hand of the King for Orion) wore his own grey and orange colors for his outfit. I went with Raquel's colors for him. and his own color is very closely resembles Raquel's.
Next will be a redesign for Raquel's King outfit!
