Conditioner Sathe (Art by Primodrago)
It's a common trope that a naga's gaze is particularly enticing and hypnotic. But there comes a time when you encounter one with a particular knack for it. Sathe already had quite the gift of the gaze when I had originally met him. But when he commited to working as a conditioner for me, We had to take it one step further. After a bit of creative augmentation, His hood was fitted with a phosphorescent membrane. With a particularly willful flex, such as when he is splaying his hood or his spines, he can form enticing hypnotic patterns. Most snakes typically have the one pattern or just a stern gaze. With this augmentation, he can project nearly anything. These can range wildly in color, pattern, even frequency of movement. Some find that they see a second set of eyes, or black and white ripples mimicking oil on water. Perhaps the pattern expands beyond the hood and the eyes. Melting across the room like so many of your extraneous thoughts. It's a perfectly natural sensation to feel a slight slick coldness around the legs, working its way up toward your neck. A tender chill working down your spine. Separating your grounding to the world around you. you could have sworn you felt your feet lift off the floor, ensnared in the coils. But you've long since stopped worrying about that sensation. Memories, Thoughts, even basic aspects of your personality have dissolved into so much useless soup in your head. The patterns have replaced it all. As if his gaze was the identity you've always needed. Now that you are good and blank. he can start filling your head with a new identity. I wonder what ideas he has today...

Primodrago Roar Made an excellent reference of Jadir, I couldn't resist asking him to do Sathe. It's taken me many years to finally get a proper reference of him. Whether it be due to creative complications, or bad scheduling, I could never get his details right. well now this is spot on for him. Sathe the Conditioner. While Jadir focuses on the sounds and frequencies attached to hypnotic stupor, Sathe is all about the vision. replacing all you see with illusions of his craft. Whether it just be simple patterns or entire landscapes, what you see is defined by the naga.
