I once got rustled into that bit. I worked my hour. They yelled, 'work more'. I yelled back, 'good night'.

They didn't like that.

Didn't know what to do about it, neither.

Working there isn’t hard, and there are many worst jobs than working at Walmart. What gets on my nerves are these college rah-rahs that never probably worked in a store that dreams of these micro management ideas that are more non productive than productive but it’s turning like that.

My particular store's just getting a little insufferable to work at.. the cap team's getting all the additional responsibilities without the additional pay that should go with it.. We're pretty much convinced 3rd and 1st shift really do little to nothing other than the bare basics. A few stores closed in the area so we ended up inheriting not only their customers, but their problem customers as well.. more shoplifters.. insufferable dicks and people that think that it's unfair for people with service animals to have all the fun.

I really need to find far better. I've been here too long and it's wearing me down.

I see nothing wrong with service animals in the store, but there are people who are bringing pets which pisses the hell out of me on which I saw two yesterday. Yesterday I saw two pit bulls in the store yesterday.

I also know what you mean on getting more thrown on the plate and not getting paid for it. None of the cap teams even touch my area and I know have top stock which I think is a complete waste of time with all the crap you have to do to get it to work. It's an excuse to flood us with more freight.

I'm approaching the 25 year mark, and I'm getting burned out, but there isn't nothing better in the area. Good luck in dong so.
