Rural is a state of mind, used to live in Madison which at the time was a city of 200 thousand or something and also our dear state capitol of Wisconsin (KNOWLEDGE)
And yet walking downtown, a block from said capitol in a very metropolitan area, what do I see in the gutter. An intact deer leg of course.
The lesson is, there are not non-rural areas in the midwest :P
