700 新幹線ドクターイエロー - 700 Shinkansen "Doctor Yellow"
An anthropomorphized version of the Class 923/700 Series Shinkansen "Doctor Yellow" train from the Central Japan Railway. Unlike most Shinkansen trains, he doesn't carry passengers and he just inspects the rails and overhead wires for any problems which have to be fixed. A Japanese urban legend goes, "If you see Doctor Yellow, you'll get happiness" and this high speed inspection train had gained a lot of popularity in Japan.
