No, Star wasn't set up. She knew the rules, was trying to be funny, and it bit her on her diapered and pantied tush! She could have easily said 'Yes Please' once she touched her nose, but chose not to. Yes, the reaction of the others was funny, but she crossed a line, and it cost her. Times have changed. I hear four and five year olds saying stuff I barely say as an adult. But, yes, when I was a child, 'pissed' would probably have gotten me in trouble. I know that 'sod' is a mild epitaph in the U.K., but I really don't know what it means. Ever time I hear it, I see a picture of rolls of green grass, since here, 'sod' is like a carpet of grass to go over dirt.

Story is kind of "realistic" (just kind of, haha), it's not just fantasy about abdl world because Manda considerate a lot the feeling of star as long as she does not yet know her limits and expectations , I really like the explaining parts about role play, all sort of kink, the view from other who's not into this.
Do you know "nana to kaoru" ? it's a manga about a boy and a girl going into BDSM, it's different but I feel the same way into discovering what's behind this this dom to sub relation (like having a lot of work and preparation for the dom to give a safe but thrilling experience for his sub, as in the "star, go get the pizza" part because the pizza deliverers is tottaly aware of what's going on, but star doesn't know it)

Giving her a strike and putting her on the naughty step seems very excessive. I mean why go so far? What she did had no consequences for either her or anyone else. Why didn't she just walk away? "Well if you can't talk then you won't get anything"
I had kind of hoped the final strike would be a somewhat justified one. It just doesn't feel right that she is punished based on just technicalities or extremely trivial rules.
