Grady was a wrestler when he was younger and started off more fit than he is now. He gained weight halfway into his stay in the Anthro Wrestling Federation for a story arch and kept it when he retired and became a cook, which kinda kept the weight on afterward. He is a decent fighter now, just not as agile.
