Uhh... "Dispatch, we have a problem." :)

Railroads used to frequently sell off old cars. Strap on a few axles and pull it down the road with a beat up old truck tractor. There were no DOT assholes to give you endless rations of shit.

I dug a little deeper into it and also found out the railway sells them off when they;re retired, so maybe someone actually bought this one
