The second of my commissions from  SumigakiFox. Once again, I came up with the idea myself, but she loved it anyway. The specific color I used for the ocean back-ground--and its closest cousin--both began to dry up about a third of the way through, so I had to improvise in an application that helps me do edits such as color fixes, adding the logo and other things--SketchBook Express. I used it carefully to create a new back-ground and to add glowy lines to most of the other fishies that didn't have them (excluding the giant sun-fish coming up from behind the ball of whale-fox).
