In preparing to write this comic, I researched why the very idea of a woman proposing marriage to a man is such a taboo in our world. I still have not found a straight answer as to why. Aside from "It's tradition," or "It's the man's job," I haven't found any concrete reason as to why a woman can't take the initiative and propose marriage. Anyway, Rosie's a girl who doesn't subscribe to tradition just because. If she wants something, she'll take action.
