PhantomLion asked me to mod his avatar, as he wished for moving hairs and blinking eyes. Well...

...I had a little free time, so i did a really-really-sonic-fast hair move effect, which took me around 10 mins or less. No blinking eyes though. I tried and failed...for now. Still this quick piece is done and i share it... Perhaps it's worth it. Enjoy!
