Well, one can't have one's hair flying about while working out, can we? I originally thought in the prequels Lauren's hair would be tied back all the time but this ended up being dropped, though she does have it in a ponytail in the chapter I'm currently writing.
I like how the workout clothes sort of follow the Talwyn design aesthetic and it just really strikes as both unique and appropriate for the function for which they're designed. Easy to move in, light, and effective.
