A few days ago I thought of doing some more Gimp editing, and I noticed that one of my Watchers had a beautiful picture of her character, Emi.

So, after contacting both legalkiller1127 (owner of the character) and the original author of the picture matemi and getting their approval I created what I can only call the "Mercenary Profile". Why? I simply felt like it.

So as you can immediately tell I cropped out Emi, very carefully, doing it pixel by pixel a lot of the time (especially when it came to the details on the gun). I then looked for a suitable background that would match her posture, and by blind luck I did find one. The background, which incidentally matches the scene very well, is (apparently) a screenshot from Gears of War: Judgment.

So with Emi in one hand and the background in the other I glued them both together, took away Emi's beautiful tail (it got into the scene a bit too much sadly) and then gave it a more black and white look.

In my idea the "Company" is not all too modern, so the report was typed out on a typewriter, and the old photograph was added in as well (with a small white border). The color of the page was also given a more peachy blush, so that the boundary between the photo and the rest of the page was visible.

And, voila! One Mercenary profile.
