Its easy, from the most I know. The dealer, gives the players five cards each, and sets three face up cards and two face down cards in the middle of the table. Then the players can either Call, Check, or Bet. Call is pretty much Raising the previous bet from 25 to 50, or what ever is higher than the previous. Check, if the player at chair 1 calls it, you can either check, or bet. It means you don't have to put your chips down this turn, just so you can see one of the face down cards. (these are called river cards.) Bet is exactly what it says, you bet a certain amount of your chips(money so to speak.) for the turn.

Winning hands are high card, two of a kind, three of a kind, four of a kind, strait flush, and royal strait flush. (what she has.)
