A little tribute to Serra's Sanctum, but also fitting for Ceos and afterall wizards likes to bring things back and just give it a different name.
It gives a small peek at his world as well, i hope I can manage to do more pics of his world and give it a good name (suggestions are appreciated).
When I post the full pic I will also reveal a little lore I set up. of course it's not canon, but so far it fits in actually^^

Well, being able to basically have two Sanctums out at once surely is powerfull, although I'm planning on creating a deck around Ceos and I would probably just replace Serra's sacntum with this for flavor.
If I would have wanted to play both I would have made Ceos' Sanctum produce green mana btw, to have both colors of my deck in a vast amount, but for that I also have Ceos himself, I gonna drown in mana hhaa x3

Reserve List doesn't mean banned in all formats, it means that it can't be functionally reprinted in future sets (i.e. does the same thing, but with a different name).
Something like:
T: add (C) to your mana pool.
(2), T: Add (W) to your mana pool for each enchantment you control.
would get around that.
