I wanted to draw one of my original characters and Julie popped into my mind first. I think she turned out really cute even in the sketch she looked cute. Its kind of a character trait i gave her that she cant tan so shes lightly sun burned here and I keep thinking that Popsicle must be a really weird flavor due to the color.
