This is a badge commission for Boyars6 on behalf of SilverWingsDragon.
Boyars6 is a male timberwolf.
She asked for a male timber wolf, holding a quill pen or to add a sort of historical theme to it. There will be an aged map design in the background where that blank piece of torn paper is behind him.

I had such a struggle with this badge because one of my various weak areas in coloring is rendering the peppering of wolf fur. This is only the second time I had to force myself to do it XD I used a reference for help on the color pattern for the face and had to put down so many colors to try and match the reference. My white gel pen saved my ass on this one, otherwise I would have had to of used a very thin brush and white acrylic paint.
I hope I don't have to ever color a timberwolf ever again, lol XD I am however very happy with the badge. The map texture turned out very close to what I had in mind. He's so cute ^3^
