They cannot wear them anymore since they have no external ears to hook them onto and the nose is too small for their snouts. If they still need them though is another story. That would be up to the commissioners.
Though I'm actually very curious to see if a newly minted naga would modify the glasses to fit on their head, switch to contacts or have the transformation fix the eyes as they turned serpentine.

Depending on the TF, contacts would no longer be an option; real snake eyes have a clear scale that covers them, it's like a permanently closed eyelid that is transparent. That's why snakes never blink, their eyes are actually always shut!

But looking at this pic, they seem to have retained expressive eyebrows and probably eyelids, meaning contacts could happen.

Anyway, I just like to think that a transformation tends to fix all those little human imperfections we have.

That is true. I'd imagine contact-like devices over the clear scale could work for a serpent with bad vision.

I tend to think that way too since you're already getting drastically changed. One little change like that would be no problem to do~ XD

Pretty much went with the idea of it fixing our eyes to be honest, not to mention snakes can see heat as well, so that helps lol.
