Froslass (aka Momartik in french) is a ice/spectre pokemon i just discovered recently.
I found some elegance in that one, with this kind of kimono, and didn't resist to make a little pic... Maybe a bit more feminine than the original, but whatever, that's just the inspiration ! ;)
