My SWAT Kats OC standing in the middle of this piece.
Her name is Misora, she owns and runs MegaKat City's Karaoke and Sake bar called the Kuro-Neko. She loves to hang out and have fun and has a big thing for Jake Clawson. She makes no effort in hiding it either. XD
She is a Nekomata who wields the Shikigami, Yuki-Onna or the 'Snow Whore'.
