I'd take forest smoke over the chicken manure and feathers a nearby Tyson factory burns annually 1 city over.
Everything in a 20 mile radius is downwind of it.

Our property value has dropped because of it.

*Winces* Gold that must be awful. Asthma is bad enough
but aggravated by smoke from a forest fire? Now that is
something I wouldn't want to wish on my worst enemy.
Hopefully the fire's far enough away from you that you
don't need to add bad anxiety attacks into the mix.

But still sorry to hear about what you're going through. Coughing shit tons and not being able to breath is the worst (yes I know not seeing the world on fire with my insights here)
