I wanted to create a monochrome themed Dutchy and this guy is the result. As he is based on optical illusions I wanted her to be a good balance of complex design without being too overcrowded. I may yet change some of the design still.
This is a personal project and this character is still underdevelopment and I'm hoping to have a full ref sheet done for them in time.
