OK, I feel so lame. I try to be a badass but this brought a tear to my eye
I may not know a set story but to me I am seeing her buying that like her and her friend use to. Even grabbing two spoons like always Not realizing what she did till she sat down. In the end her wearing the spoon is like saying the memories will always be there
