Not as much wrong with this picture as the others, but there's enough in there if one looks hard enough.
I figured a winged bear would be good for the Mistress of Winter. most likely a polar bear to go with the white snow since other bears are sound asleep until spring. Try to imagine her with the aurora behind her and dark background to help bring out the fur and wings. I did try to make her appear a bit more husky than the others. Did the attempt work?

Well, that can be explained. If you were looking at her from the back, you'd see where the upper 'arm' part of the wing would be angling down. From the front, you see only the lower 'arm' part of the wing rising up and the fused fingers. I edited out the lines that would have shown the frame work I used to position them the way I wanted.
