I love the glaring brightness, it's like that accursed natural light at six or seven in the morning, but then it kind of makes it hard to see the spilling milk. I love the face, though.

The colouring's very nice, feels soft overall and I like the fact that there's little shadow play.

Given the overall atmosphere of the pic however, the bowl and the characters do feel a little bit too sharp. Maybe you'd like to overlay a limited Gaussian Blurred layer one layer above the character layers and reduce the opacity to get a softer effect on the characters (but still make them stand out from the rest of the pic) :)
